What does it cost?

How fast do people start?
Each person gets an invite the day you send the list. They answer a short intake, and the first applications go out once they approve.
Does Salvo send anything without the person's OK?
No. Each person tells Salvo the jobs, places and pay they want and approves before applications go out. They can pause at any time.
What does HR see?
A report with one line per person: applications sent, interview requests from employers, last activity, and who has not started yet. See the sample report.
Is the resume made up?
No. Every resume is rewritten for one posting from the person's own work history. Salvo never adds an employer, title, date, degree or certificate the person does not have.
How do you count interviews?
From employer emails: a recruiter or hiring manager asked the person to talk. Receipts and automated replies do not count. How we count.
