- Refunds are limited. Its terms call Auto-Apply non-refundable once applications are submitted.3
- Trustpilot reviews repeat the same complaints: applications that do not fit the person, repeat applies to one posting, and renewals that surprise people. Trustpilot also shows a notice on the profile about how reviews are displayed.4

- AIApply says "Trusted by 1M+ job seekers" in its Meta ads (Ad Library, 2026-11-02). Its own home page says 2,064,348 users. Checked 2026-11-03: Meta Ad Library, aiapply.co.
